Who We're Looking For

We are in search of a motivated, energetic, and responsible individual with a positive attitude and strong professional ethics to join our team as a Hygiene & Quality Assurance Assistant.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Hygiene & Quality Assurance Manager and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the productivity and safety standards of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain all food safety and environmental management records.
  • Monitor Quality Assurance procedures across all SBUs including Flight Kitchens, Airport Restaurants, Lounges, and Cafeteria operations.
  • Conduct internal hygiene and quality audits; identify gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Perform supplier inspections focusing on hygiene and quality compliance.
  • Carry out microbiological and chemical analysis of food and water samples.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and regular updates of ISO documentation.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience or more in a similar role.
  • Full or partial professional qualifications in related disciplines are desirable.
  • G.C.E. (O/L) with at least six passes, including Mathematics and English.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, OSH, GMP, and other regulatory systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with sound negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and a methodical approach to responsibilities.
