Position: Manager – Quality Assurance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a closely related discipline (MSc is an added advantage).
- Over 5 years of experience in a quality assurance leadership role within the Food or FMCG sector.
- In-depth knowledge of international food safety standards.
- Demonstrated success in managing audits, executing SOPs, and monitoring KPIs.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of QA systems across the full production cycle.
- Establish and maintain quality management frameworks in accordance with FSSC, GMP, SLS, Halal, and HACCP standards.
- Track product quality, identify deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, and Engineering teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
- Lead internal quality audits and support the process of external certifications.
- Supervise and develop the QA team, ensuring training and performance growth.
- Leverage data analysis to support preventive actions and maintain product consistency.
Position: Executive – Quality Assurance
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a relevant equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA role within the food processing industry.
- Practical knowledge of food safety audits, documentation procedures, and daily QA practices.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production line to ensure strict compliance with quality protocols.
- Assist the QA Manager in applying FSSC, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and SLS standards.
- Maintain detailed quality records, conduct line inspections, and contribute to internal audits.
- Investigate product complaints and manage internal quality issues.
- Facilitate training for operational staff on standard procedures and support risk evaluations.
- Deliver accurate reports and help track continuous quality improvements.
