Ideal Candidate Profile:

Educational background in Marketing is preferred (qualifications in Food Science or Process Development are also welcome).
Demonstrated graphic design skills, particularly in packaging and promotional content.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong capabilities in documentation, report creation, and project coordination.
Computer literacy is essential, with knowledge in design software, MS Office, and online research being a definite advantage.
A creative thinker with sharp attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage artwork for product packaging and marketing materials.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to support new product and process developments.
Conduct market analysis and research emerging trends to upgrade product offerings and packaging aesthetics.
Investigate customer feedback and propose improvements based on findings.
Ensure all product labeling and related documents meet legal and compliance standards.
Oversee R&D and Quality functions during the absence of respective team members.
Encourage and lead innovation initiatives by utilizing customer insights and benchmarking against competitors.
